Fall Wellness Retreat

Join us for a weekend of community, rest and relaxation.

Location- The Everly Inn; 19072 Loyalist Parkway Hillier, Prince Edward County; @everlyinn

Itinerary and Inclusions- all activities are optional and included in the cost of the retreat (except any fee-for-service appointments)

Friday night

Check-In- Anytime after 4:00pm on October 25, 2024

6:00 Charcuterie Box Dinner

8:00 Fireside Gathering and S'mores

Saturday-

8:30 Yoga with Teresa

10:00 Breakfast

11:30 Group walk at North Beach Provincial Park 

12:30-5:00 Free-time to explore or fee-for service practitioners

5:30 Dinner- Lovingly made & served by local chef (@therenaissancefarm)

7:30-9:00 Immersive sound bath (@flowing_with_frequency)

Sunday-

8:30 Yoga with Teresa

10:00 Breakfast

Check-Out- October 27 @ 12:00 pm

12:00 Optional Walk at North Beach Provincial Park 

All attendees will receive a welcome bag as a token of my appreciation.

This is a small and intimate retreat and is limited to 6-7 attendees.

The cost per person (based on double or triple occupancy) is-

$688+HST; This includes 2 night's accommodations, all meals (listed above) and all activities (listed above).

Not included- transportation, lunches, fee-for-service appointments

Non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your spot 

50% of balance due August 1

Remaining balance due September 1

Registration is non-refundable as of final payment Sept. 1 (You can transfer your spot to someone else if needed).

Virtual Full Moon Yin Yoga

Join Teresa for a virtual Full Moon Yin Yoga session on November 27, 2023.

Yin yoga can-

  • Calm and balance the mind and body

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Increase circulation

  • Improve flexibility

  • Release fascia and improve joint mobility

    Why practice around the full moon?

    A full moon gives yogis the opportunity to refresh, rejuvenate and release any built up tension or stress. Practising yoga during a full moon and aligning your energy with this lunar phase will allow you to feel grounded and fulfilled. The evening is the best time to practise and this will also allow you to reap the benefits as you wind down before bed. (Malzer, C. 2019)
